Refund Policy

Returns: You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unopened and unworn, in its original packaging and condition. We cannot accept items that have been opened or worn.

How to start a return: Email support@tuftooth.store or use the contact form within 14 days of delivery, with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping: The buyer pays for return shipping. Shipping costs from your original order are not refunded.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email support@tuftooth.store or use the contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Colors: Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Please check the product page before ordering.
